GUM DISEASE
Periodontal disease is both silent and serious. In fact, it's not uncommon for the warning signs go unnoticed until there's significant damage to the gums, and to the underlying structures as well. To counter this, we've developed our "Soft Tissue Program": our hygienists are specially trained to do meticulous observation, measuring, and tracking of changes in gum tissue over time. If they detect a problem area, we're fully equipped to get you back to a healthy condition, through in-office therapy, careful homecare education, and even minor in-office surgical treatment as needed.

Or, using Digital Imaging, we can show you the potential/recommended changes in your smile, on your own face…helping you make a more informed decision about your own care. Further, we use special microscopes in our gum disease care, such that we can actually take a picture of the diseased tissue on a slide, and show you what's going on.
